The application process includes the following stages:
Applications are due May 3, 2024 by 11:59pm EST. This will include:
Background Information: Short-answer questions about you and your partnership
Essay Questions: Seven questions to be answered in written form (250 words/question) or as audio/video uploads (2 minutes/question)
Resume/CV: Upload as a pdf
Interview: By early June, candidates will be notified if they are invited to participate in a 50-minute virtual interview.
References: In early July, finalists will be selected and asked to provide contact information for three references:
Community-Based Organization, Community Partner, or Family/Youth you work with,
Backbone Leader/Board Member of current partnership, and
Systems leader - e.g., someone who meaningfully influences policies or resources.
Commitment Letter from Current Employer: In early August, Fellowship participants will be selected and will be asked to obtain a signed letter of commitment from their direct supervisor and their organization’s CEO or Board chair. This is to ensure that an applicant’s organization is supportive of the time a fellow will need to dedicate to the program as a part of their current role within the organization.
