We are thrilled to welcome you to the 2025-2026 Success Planning Community of Practice! 

As a member of the cohort, you are invited to participate in two key events:

• Virtual Launch

• In-Person Summer Workshop
  📅 Tuesday, July 28 – Friday, August 1, 2025
  📍 Harvard Graduate School of Education, Cambridge, MA

What to Expect

During our June virtual kick-off, your team will engage in an interactive activity that celebrates the unique strengths and story of your community’s Success Planning efforts. You’ll also hear highlights from Year 1 implementations, learn about promising practices from across the country, preview what’s ahead for the year, and receive important logistical information for the Summer Workshop.

In July, we’re excited to bring the full cohort together for an energizing and hands-on 3-day Summer Workshop. This in-person experience will feature:

• Knowledge and skills-building sessions

• Experiential activities to apply key learnings

• Networking opportunities and community celebrations

• Space for individual and team reflection

• Sessions designed to support the growth and sustainability of your local Success Planning initiatives

Important Note

All Core 4 team members are expected to attend both the virtual launch and the entire Summer Workshop in person.
