The selection process includes the following stages:
Applications are due October 6, 2026 by 11:59 pm EST. This will include:
Background Information: Short-answer questions about you and your partnership
Essay Questions: Seven questions to be answered in written form (250 words/question) or as audio/video uploads (2 minutes/question)
Resume/CV: Upload as a PDF
Interview: By the end of October, candidates will be notified if they are invited to participate in a 45-minute virtual interview.
Selection and Commitment Letter from Current Employer: Fellows will be selected mid-December, with onboarding tasks beginning in January 2027. Onboarding tasks include obtaining a signed letter of commitment from their direct supervisor and their organization’s CEO or Board chair to ensure that the Fellow’s organization is aware of and supports the time a Fellow will need to dedicate to the Fellowship as a part of their current role within the organization.
